Warranty Terms


It is recommended that you contact "MTT SERVICE" to install and use the product you have purchased. Otherwise, improper installation may deprive you of free service. Read the instructions for use before applying! If household items are used in non-domestic areas (cafes, restaurants, etc.), then the warranty is considered invalid!

WARRANTY – to replace the provided, defective spare with a new one free of charge.

WARRANTY - products sold under the terms of the contract may be replaced or returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sale in case of failure. After this date, the customer cannot request a product change.

WARRANTY - starting from the date of sale of the product.

It is more expedient to carry out repair work at MTT Service points during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, the service center is serviced no later than 3 (three) days from the date of application.

The product received by the Service Point for repair must be delivered to the customer within 14 (fourteen) business days. (Exceptions: if the ordered spare part is delayed, in case of force majeure). Otherwise, the product is replaced with a new one.

Products with a three-pole network connection must be connected to a grounded network, as well as other products. All connections must be equipped directly or directly with a safety device. Otherwise, the damage to the product will be compensated at the expense of the customer.

If the expired product is serviced by "MTT Service", an additional 6 (six) months warranty is required. To do this, request a service receipt!

If the number on the warranty card is deleted, torn or any changes are made, the warranty is considered invalid.

Connect large equipment to the mains via an electric regulator and gas-powered equipment to the mains with a gas regulator!


3 (three) year warranty for large appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, gas stoves, oven, cooking panel, aspirator, TV, freezer, cooler, electric and gas water heater, boiler, air conditioner). The warranty period of TV panels is 18 (eighteen) months (on BEKO, BLOMBERG, GRUNDIG brands).

  • Replacement of defective parts of the product (provided that the rules of use are followed, the required parameters are provided correctly) with new ones.
  • Delivery and return of the product (large volume) to the service point for repair.
  • 1 (one) free explanation of installation and use rules.
  • 1 (one) year warranty for small appliances (small kitchen utensils, small electronics, electric heater, camera and camera, iron, vacuum cleaner, special maintenance tools).


1. Faults that occur if operating rules are not followed.

2. Mechanical damage.

3. Periodic cleaning (washing of air conditioners, cleaning of pumps and filters of washing machines, cleaning of refrigerators, cleaning of audio and video heads, etc.) and adjustment works.

4. Remote controls and accumulators, adapters, malfunctions when connecting module cards on TVs.

5. Yellowing and staining of products.

6. Mechanical damage and breakage of glass and plastic parts.

7. Corrosion and electronic malfunctions caused by excessive humidity.

8. Faults caused by abnormal electricity, water and gas parameters.

9. Replacement of the manufacturers design on the product without the knowledge of the service center, connection of the cable system.

10. If there is interference from outsiders.

11. Faults caused by natural disasters.

12. Faults caused by foreign objects, insects or substances falling into the product.

13. Faults caused by improper and unsuitable installation at the customers insistence.
